Another, the 108th, Canadian killed in Afghanistan

A 25 year old, Sapper Sean Greenfield, has been killed in Afghanistan, bringing the count to 108 victims of this war that Conservatives and Liberals are still supporting. A young man that hardly had the time to enjoy life. Another young fellow that "volunteered" to serve in Afghanistan. Of course how much of a volunteer can you be when pressing needs oblige you to bet your life for a few extra bucks.
The cost of this six year aimless war is estimated at some 18 billion dollars, while the government talked about a budget of only 8 billion. Right now the state of things in Afghanistan is a real mess, primarily because of the far reaching involvement of the NATO forces. THE MAIN PROBLEM IS THAT IN AFGHANISTAN YOU DO NOT KNOW WHO IS YOUR THE REAL ENEMY. The inconsistent leadership of the USA Commander has brought about tragic results, with allied commanders, such as those of Germany, refusing to heed to specific orders.
Canada and the whole world is going through the "Made in the USA" recession (if not depression). The country has to muster resources to stimulate the economy and the de facto coalition of Conservatives and Liberals keeps mum about the Afghan Drain.
The latest addition to the list of victims of this useless for Canada War is inexcusable.
There is no doubt that this war serves a purpose. An undisclosed purpose, however. It is the government's duty to tell us what the true purpose of this war is. This, of course, will not happen, as the interests that it truly serves are those of specific sponsors of both the Conservative and the Liberal parties. Revealing the true purposes that this war serves will be tantamount to a financial suicide for the two parties.
So the only thing sure about this war is that the death toll will keep on increasing!...
